How to make requests

For Consumers

You may request to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information and/or the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising purposes. Disco will honor such opt outs to the extent required by law.

We also process opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control. These signals set your opt-out preferences only for the particular browser or device you are using. For information about how to use the Global Privacy Control, please visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org/.

For Brands and Partners**

Brands and platform partners can send their users' opt-out requests to Disco in bulk through our opt-out API. Contact your Disco account manager or submit a help request for setup details. Disco applies every opt-out across our entire network, not only for the brand that sent it.

Data We Use**

The best source of truth for the specific list of data we collect and use will be found in our privacy policy. Generally speaking, we’re using the collected data to power functions within the Disco product suite, including making recommendations to consumers on brands’ post-transaction surfaces and on other relevant marketing channels.

Our relationship with brands and shoppers**

We provide brands with a Data Processing Addendum to notify them that we’re a data business, provide notice to consumers that we collect their data, and honor requests made under applicable privacy laws.
